'World' Resources Forum?

 Has anyone else noticed that the 'World Resources Forum' could be renamed the 'Resources Forum'? Yes, the brilliant technical links to Japan mitigate this claim to a certain extent, but as the Global Resource Use workshop today slipped into a discussion based on the premise 'we, in Europe' and 'in other parts of the world' I could not help but notice no-one was talking from 'other parts of the world'.

 
Maybe the title refers to the fact that we are concerned with global resources? Or that everyone is invited? True, there are delagations from China and India, but at some point I would like to hear more from people around the world rather than just the people who study them.
