Revocation Rights

• Refunds of registration fees for the WRF 2012 are possible until August 15, 2012 less a handling charge of 150,- CHF
  if made in written form to maria.schoenenberger@empa.ch or via the contact form on our website.

• In case of cancellation after August 15, 2012 the congress fee can not be refunded.

• Substitutions for registered participants may be declared at no charge at any time.

• Changes of name for the WRF Association membership may be declared at any time. Refunds of membership fees for the remaining days of the membership in the WRF Association are not possible.
