Terms and Conditions: Registration WRF 2012/Membership Fees WRF Association

2. Registration and Terms of Payment

2.1 General Payment Remarks

Registration will be accepted only on receipt of payment.

All payments must be received prior to the start of the World Resources Forum 2012 event.

By submitting the WRF congress registration form by e-mail you automatically accept that the registration is a commitment to the details pledged on the form. 

 

2.2. Payment Methods

  • Option 1: Payment by Credit Card through PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
     
  • Option 2: Payment by Bank Transfer. Please use the account information supplied within the invoice sent to you via email upon completion of the registration. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the congress fees.
     

2.3. Rates & Currency

All rates listed are in CHF (Swiss Francs). We reserve the right to change the entrance fees. Such change will only apply to new registrations as of the date the change was announced. Participants already registered will not be charged the higher amount, or be compensated in case the new fee would be lower than at the time they registered.

 

2.4. Cancellation of the WRF Congress

In case the WRF 2012 Congress must be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, strike, government regulations, casualties, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the WRF 2012 Organising Committee, the participant waives any and all damages and claim for damages. He hereby agrees in case of cancellation of Congress, the sole liability of the WRF 2012 will be to return to each participant the already paid amount of your fee (less a fee of CHF 150 for the reversal of transaction).

 

3. Membership Fees WRF Association

Membership fees for the WRF Association are valid for one year (365 days) upon reception of the full payment. The membership is not automatically renewed.

For any other details please refer to the full WRF Association statutes in their latest form which are provided upon request.

 

4. Jurisdiction

These instructions shall be governed by Swiss law only. Place of jurisdiction shall be St. Gallen, Switzerland.
