Become a Member of the WRF Association

 

Eligibility

As a multi-stakeholder platform, the World Resources Forum (WRF) Association Membership is open to individuals as well as to a large array of organisations such as companies, governmental agencies, international organisations, NGOs, scientific as well as academic institutions.
 

Why become a Member?

  • To benefit from the interdisciplinary and high-level networking opportunities as well as from the exchange of experience with members from diverse fields of activity such as business, science, government and NGOs.
  • To publicly and globally demonstrate commitment to the promotion of a sustainable use and management of resources on a global scale.

Membership Package

Fee: min. CHF 10.000.-

Description: Members are natural or legal persons or entities who are actively involved in achieving the Association’s purpose through devoting their efforts and pay at least the annual contribution. They have both the active and passive rights to vote. They are entitled to propose any affairs to the Association.

  • Automatic entitlement to the same benefits as a Silver Sponsor of the WRF Conference in the year of membership (e.g. for a membership in 2012, automatic entitlement to the same benefits as a Silver Sponsor of the WRF Conference in Beijing), i.e:
    • Logo on Conference pre-announcement, brochure, report as well as declaration (cf. Chairman’s Statement of the WRF Conference 2011), with the designation "Silver Sponsor" and/or "Member"
    • Logo and link on WRF website, with the designation "Silver Sponsor" and/or "Member"
    • Use of the WRF logo, with the designation "Silver Sponsor" and/or "Member", for the sponsor’s own purposes (e.g. for PR or CSR activities)
    • 1 complimentary Conference invitation
    • Free quarter page advert in Conference programme
    • Optional booth at Conference exhibition with 50% fee reduction

Membership is up for renewal every year.
